Gene Bernhard
Gene has a
broad background in high growth businesses,
primarily in CFO high-tech industries. He has served
as Corporate Vice President of Norstan, a voice and
data communications company, and BasiComputer. He
served as Certus International’s Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer and was
responsible for providing the capital structure to
finance the rapid growth of this start-up anti-virus
company. After Certus, he worked as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer for Applied Technology
Ventures, a privately held computer distributor and
Master VAR, and was most recently a partner and CFO
at Market.al, a Cleveland-based marketing and
